1. Description of service

Label Merge is a free, browser-based tool that generates print-ready PDF files for label sheets compatible with common Avery® part numbers. All PDF generation happens locally in your browser — no account is required, and no files are uploaded to a server.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Label sheet geometries are provided for convenience and may not exactly match every physical product, printer, or print driver. Always verify alignment with a test print before printing on real label stock — Label Merge includes a blank test-grid feature for this purpose.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Label Merge and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including wasted label stock, printer ink, time, or misprinted materials. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer for malicious purposes, or overload the Service or its infrastructure
• Misrepresent Label Merge as being affiliated with or endorsed by CCL Label, Inc., CCL Industries, Avery Dennison Corporation, or any other company

5. Trademarks

Avery® is a registered trademark of its respective owner. Label Merge is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by CCL Label, Inc., CCL Industries, or Avery Dennison Corporation. References to Avery® part numbers on this site describe physical label sheet compatibility only.

6. Intellectual property

The Label Merge name, site design, and underlying code are the property of their respective owners. The PDF files you generate using your own content are yours — we claim no rights over content you create with the Service.

7. Changes to the service or terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
