What to include
- Missing sheet size: the Avery® part number or exact dimensions and layout (labels across × down).
- Alignment issue: the sheet you used, your browser and printer, and whether you tried the ±3mm calibration nudge first.
- Bug report: what you expected to happen and what happened instead.

Quick answers before you write
- My labels print slightly out of position.
- Print the PDF at 100% scale ("Actual size") with "Fit to page" turned off — scaling is the most common cause. If every label is shifted by the same amount, use the ±3mm calibration nudge in the generator to move the whole layout, then run a test page on plain paper before using a label sheet.
- I can't find my Avery® part number.
- Many part numbers share one layout and differ only in finish or printer type. Look up your number in the Avery label size chart; if the label size and labels per sheet match your box, that template will line up.
- Is the text or spreadsheet I use uploaded anywhere?
- No. Pasted text and imported CSV or Excel files are processed in your browser, and the PDF is generated on your own device, so there is nothing for us to look up on our side.
