About Label Merge
Label Merge exists to solve one narrow, annoying problem: turning a list of names, addresses, or barcodes into a correctly aligned, print-ready PDF for standard Avery®-compatible label sheets — without an account, a software install, or a file upload.
Why we built it
Most "free" label tools online fall into two categories: full design editors that require an account and hand you a blank canvas, or downloadable Word/Excel templates that leave you to fight with text boxes and margins yourself. Both waste time on a task that should take thirty seconds. Label Merge skips the editor and the template file entirely — pick your sheet, paste your text, and a finished PDF comes out the other end, already positioned to match the die-cut labels on the page.
What makes it different
- Everything runs in your browser. PDF generation uses pdf-lib client-side — the text you paste is never uploaded to a server.
- No account, no signup. Open the page, use the tool, download the file.
- Built for real printing problems. Partial sheets, printer drift, and misalignment are handled directly — start at any label position, and nudge the whole grid up to ±3mm per axis to correct for printer calibration.
- One job, done properly. No clipart, no drag-and-drop layout builder, no feature bloat — just accurate label positioning across 22 common sheet geometries.

Avery® is a registered trademark of its respective owner; we reference Avery® part numbers only to describe which physical label sheets our generator is compatible with.
